Merged Wasteland Imports and Stimpaks Heal No Limbs making it work more like classic Fallout NV.
Now the following four types of Stimpak cannot heal limbs: Stimpak, Super Stimpak, Auto-Inject Stimpak, Auto-Inject Super Stimpak
only Doctor's Bag and Hydra can heal Limbs.
Add a little bit of weight to the stimpaks, Increase value and weaken healing effect, And using animations from Stimpaks help you breathe & Immersive Animation Framework.
