A "lore friendly" take on the Red Rocket truck stop.
v2: Rebuilt with fewer mod requirements.
Detailed and "lived-in", supports up to 14 settlers. A weapon and general store.
Self-sustained for food and water.
Most items in the settlement were untouched. I scrapped the vehicles on the outside and a couple things inside the gas station. After the transfer has gone through, it would be best to go through the area and remove the items that are clipping through.
Make sure the "original items" option is selected for the transfer.
