📋 About This Mod
US military IDF alarm replacement
Replaces vanilla alarm sound with US military indirect fire (IDF) alarm. When soldiers at US bases in Iraqistan hear this alarm they know they have about 3 seconds (if it actually works) to get cover before rockets and mortar shells start raining down. Loud enough to sound like an alarm, but not louder than in-game gunshots and explosions. Sounds just like the real deal IMO, especially with multiple alarms. Yes, the real life alarm does sound like that with the goofy "incoming" voice. I have also included an option for the British version (A. K. A. the eeriest sound ever) if anyone prefers that as their PTSD trigger.
Here are some examples in case you don't hear one of these alarms in your dreams every night. C-RAM (that big fart sound), explosion, and cussing effects not included in sound file:
