Simply install with your favorite mod manager and either start a new game or type slm 14 1 in console to open up LooksMenu. In LooksMenu, go to "Body" then "Skin." Then pick your favorite.
Your skin may not update on the fly if you are not naked. Make sure you are naked before you start, or after, unequip and reequip your armor.
