Much like the mods Body Framework and Unique Player/Companions, this mod allows you to set a unique body mesh and texture for your character and companions. However, this mod also allows you to set a unique head/face mesh and texture for your character and companions.
Additionally, using the Custom Slots, this mod allows the creation of patches from other Companion Mods to do the same (using the Custom1 through Custom6 directories included in the ESM). All you need to do is open the Companion Mod's ESP in the Creation Kit (with the ESM as Master) and change that character's race to SGC_Custom2Race (or SGC_Custom3Race, etc.) and to change their HeadParts to the corresponding slot (Face and HeadRear).
Moving forward, the ESM for this mod will also include new Hair, Eyes, and Gear (this is all in development, and visibly so), as well as options for male characters using EVB. At some point, I would also like to do a Vanilla Outfits Overhaul, to fix a long-standing Bethesda bug with outfits overwriting custom bodies/textures.
This mod is still in development. Please bear that in mind.

For the ESM and ESP files (as well as Bodyslide Presets), simply download and activate using Nexus Mod Manager. The ESM File is required, as are the corresponding ESP files for any characters you wish to toggle on with this mod.
The ESM (Main Framework File) for this mod does not make any changes to any NPCs.
Once you have downloaded the Framework and the ESP for the characters you wish to alter, you can also download any of the bodies/parts you wish to use and place them in that character's folder. Using Cait as an example, you would download your body files and place them in the following directory (from your game install directory):
Data/Meshes/SynthGirl/Cait
For the Player Character, if you wish to change your character's face, you must first change your character's face preset. This should be the last available preset available in the Looksmenu. You can access the Looksmenu by opening the console using the tilde (~) key, typing
