Horizon and Lone Wanderer Fast Travel and APC Transport Patch

Updated for Horizon V 1. 5 +

-1. 5c update: Just a quick edit to the lone wanderer that allows liquid fuel only to be used to create the bike fuel. (Requires no skill...sort of like your just dumping it into the bike..)

-No major changes needed, I only replaced magazine requirements with skill requirements.

This is a compatibility patch for Horizon and Lone Wanderer Fast Travel and APC Transport.

Sure, Horizon already has a fast travel system in place....so its all the more reason not to feel guilty about adding a motorcycle to your playthrough since your already using fast travel anyways! Right?

I made the recipes more Horizon-ey.... Horizonish? Yeah.... I also added some of Horizon's magazines as requirements for some of the upgrades.

I added all the missing tags and fixed a few typos (and with my spelling I probably added some). I adjusted the NPC's so they would be more on par with Horizon's.

I didn't need to patch any of the DLC downloads so I suppose you can download whatever files you want and it all should work fine.
