Horizon and Eli's Armour Compendium

Optional level list patches:

-I have made a level list patch that is Available Here! It adds quite a bit of clothing to your playthrough and all instructions and required mods are listed.

-There are also three smaller level list patches in the option section. They are made to solve level list issues with Eli's Armour Compendium, Clothing of the Commonwealth and The Mercenary Pack. (All mods have Horizon patches)

This is a compatibility patch for Horizon and Eli's Armour Compendium.

-Everything has been brought in line with Horizons stats and had their crafting recipes adjusted.

-Armors no longer occupy the underarmor slots.

-Backpacks use the appropriate slots.

-Headgear no longer occupies the headband slot, freeing it up for masks.

-The goggles that are worn on the forehead occupy the headband slot, but I made them also occupy the eye slot aswell and gave them the appropriate eye upgrades. I assume if your character is wearing goggles on their head, they would not wear a second pair and would most likely pull them down to cover their eyes when needed. The helmets that have goggles do not occupy the eye slot though.

-The courier duster outfit that has a bag now gets its own built in lower backpack. It has increased crafting costs to compensate.

-The bandolier no longer occupies an armor slot but now uses an underarmor slot so it can be used with almost anything.

-Some leveled lists, containers had to be adjusted so this Eli's Armour Compendium does not overwrite any of Horizons changes.

-There was also a couple of edited npcs so their changes also had to be copied over from Horizon.
