Honest Abe's Armor Series CBBE

The 1-person team behind Honest Abe's Armor Series is proud to announce that the Standalone version is now available for all remodels!

They will show up as extra size varieties for the existing armors.

Tired of spending hours making the perfect Sole Survivor, just to get out in the Commonwealth and cover yourself in boxy, bulky armor?  Is invisible protection not your style?  Want to completely ruin your immersion?  Do you really like boobs?

(Re-)Introducing Honest Abe's Armor Series for CBBE: A skimpy remodel of the vanilla Fallout armor sets, using nothing but Vanilla assets from the original armors.  And there's a good reason for it: any retextures of the vanilla armors will work without issues on the new sets.

THE MAIN IDEA

While there are pre-defined presets for each of the armor variants, this mod is built around customization.  Open up any armor in BodySlide, and you'll be greeted with a (probably) overwhelming list of Zap sliders.  Not familiar with Zapping?  Click an empty check box to remove the related part from the armor.  Or click a checked box to restore the hidden part.

BUT WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN, BASIL?

The armor presets I've made are not the models you're stuck with.  Everything is built to be mixed-and-matched:  Each armor piece (and every set has around 40 so far) can be matched with other pieces to create your own, customized look.  Want the upper half of the armor, but not the belt part?  Just zap it away.  Want the belt, but not the armor plates it holds?  Got you covered.  Want to remove just one of the straps that hold an armor piece in place, but keep the part it was connected to, along with everything else?  Just remove that one part.

If you are using the CBBE Curvy preset, and have no interest in customizing your armor, then just install the mod and you're all set.

If you are using any other CBBE body, and don't want to customize your armor, just install this mod, open BodySlide, then batch build it using your desired preset.
