Description
===========
This mod adds the Sirius. 16 Assault Armor to your game.
Practically it's an Expansion Pack for the Sirius. 12 mod, so you mandatory need to install the Sirius. 12 mod first.
The Sirius. 16 Assault Armor comes in parts - from an ExoSkeleton on nude skin, up to Full covered and plated Armor - choose your own style.
Both the Sirius. 12 Assault Suit and the new Sirius. 16 Assault Armor can be crafted on any ChemLab, and upgraded on any ArmorBench, where you also can add factionbadges (MinuteMen / B. O. S. / Institute).
Different colored ExoSkeletons, BodySuits, Covers, Platings, Gloves, Helmets, Facemasks and TwinBlades are craftable.
Additionally you can create three equippable devices, like the Recon Sensor and the Lifeform Detector which work in combination with all Sirius Helmets, while the new Stealth Module* works only when you sneak in a Sirius. 12-suit or a Sirius. 16-ExoSkel.
The mod delivers CBBE zero-shaped female- and SHB base-shaped male-bodies within the Main-Mod-File.
(for which you at least need CBBE-Body-Textures)

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust with 9,103 endorsements and 1.1M downloads
- Modular design lets you mix and match parts for a custom look
- Body slide support for CBBE and SHB means it fits your character's shape
⚠️ Cons
- Requires the Sirius.12 mod first, so it's not standalone
- Last updated in 2026, but no compatibility notes for current game patches
For Fallout 4 players who already use the Sirius.12 mod and want to expand their armor collection with a detailed exoskeleton set. Perfect for roleplayers and fashion-conscious wastelanders who enjoy modular armor systems. Skip if you're looking for a standalone armor mod or don't want to deal with dependencies.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the Sirius.12 mod installed before adding this expansion, or the armor won't appear in-game.
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 to handle the installation and keep track of the dependency.
- If you're using CBBE or SHB, run BodySlide to build the armor meshes to match your body preset.
