Increases headshot damage while providing some balance by decreasing chance to hit.
Description: Tired of shooting multiple clips into someone's head.. Lined up the perfect stealth sniper shot, to only have it cause a minor injury? This mod tries to increase the effectiveness of head shots, while trying to provide some balance.
There are a few other mods that increase damage, but I wanted balance.
Ya, Ya, balance, tell me what it does monkey boy! Effect: Increases the Damage multiplier while reducing the change to hit for Heads Roughly doubled the default multiplies, which slightly reducing the to hit chance around 20%
Compatibility: Should be compatible with anything that doesn't modify "Body Parts"
Future Plans: Do an All DLC addition tweak balance?
