Headcase's Piper

There are like a million Piper makeovers already on the Nexus, most of which are probably better anyway, so I figured I'd get mine uploaded sooner rather than later just for the sake of completeness, since I'm hoping to cover all the main companions, and then possibly start branching out to cover some of the more generic and forgotten NPCs. Hopefully my version is at least unique enough to warrant existing alongside the other Piper mods, and hopefully at least one other person will get some value out of it in their own game.

I have also made a totally optional tattooed version of my Piper too, even though I don't think it necessarily fits her character, for no other reason than I am hopelessly attracted to heavily tattooed women and I can't help myself. If you want the tattoos to show up, you'll need to do the same process I outlined in my Cait mod, which I've once again included below on this page.

Finally, I've included an optional file that simply resizes Piper's default hat to fit her new hairstyle. It looks a bit goofy to me since it had to be enlarged, so it's up to you whether you want to use it or not, since without it, it just means that when you first meet Piper you'll get clipping issues between her hair and her vanilla press cap until you can recruit her, open her inventory, and make her unequip it. Not a big deal, but I wanted to give people a fix in case it really bothered them. It will also mess up how it fits on other NPCs, since it has been enlarged.

I redownloaded Fallout 4 for the first time in a while to finally build an AE load order now that mods have caught up, and realised a few of my older mods weren't working the way they should on my new load order, so I'm going back through and fixing them, and adding FOMOD installers for an upcoming follower all-in-one mod. The biggest difference for Piper is that her eyebrows were giving me issues so I had to change them, and I have also changed my female face texture setup back to Valkyr Female Face by Fuse00 (make sure to grab the  "Valkyr Face Texture 2K Fair Skin" version under "Old Files" if you're using 2K faces like me), since I decided I prefer the little bit of extra detail over the Unfair Skin by monoa I had been using before. You can still try it with the Unfair Skin and see if you personally prefer it that way. With the new face texture setup, I finally set up CoTaP properly and used it to add some extra detail to Piper's face, so that has also been added as a dependency for the new verision.
