West Area:

The entrance to the first floor is the disinfection room. The second floor is the security room. The third floor is the boss dedicated rest area.

Central Area:

The first floor is a Local trade post, including a central trading area, power supply room, public bathroom, residential 1&2, boss dedicated rest area, and bathroom.

The second floor is the living area, including the atrium leisure area, residential 3&4.

The mezzanine between the second and third floors is the restaurant.

The third and top floors are farms.

The entrance to the first floor is the caravan trade post.

The second and third floors are overseer room, including various workstations.

You need to click on the option and select 'yes, destroy all items that are linked to the settlement', as shown in the image. At least this is how I completed it in another save.

!!!Also, it is recommended to use the console to delete the truck and hanging bodies at the entrance.
