I'm back been though a rough patch. I'm hoping to get this going again. I plan on building it from ground up but it's been sometime since I have done any Modding so bare with me.

I really like Hangman's Alley but I felt it was a bit small so I changed two of the buildings to have interior space. They are fully navmeshed and I expanded the workshop build area and hopefully fixed the issue with the sandbox for NPCs.
