Hangman's Alley expanded and made 'sky high'

Since a lot of people have asked for it, after I mentioned it in a few comments, I gave it to them and since they liked it, you now can get it too.

First the NOs.

This mod does NOT incluce the whole surrounding block - it does NOT give you access to the shore.

There are multiple reasons for this: a lot of spawnpoints all around, almost no collision and/or no navmesh and also the fact, that too many people would issue too many complaints when scrapping things/structures, that they shouldn't scrap.

What this mod does is simple: It adds a little space to the shoreside alley, but you need to use another mod, or lay tiles from within the vanilla zone, to make use of it.

The main advantage is, that you can now build the largest Penthouse in the Commonwealth, cause you now can start by laying floor tiles upon the existing and surrounding roofs - take a look at the pictures.

I suggest starting in the corner above the large "neon" ad, cause everything else will make it a lot harder to lay the tiles straight.

Attention: as shown on one of the pictures, by usage of "Spring Cleaning", "Scrap everything" or similar mods, you might accidentially remove some of the foundations of those two buildings near the shorside alley and in the little zone to the tunnel ip front !

Thanks to bill8872 , I can provide you with a solution for the "shrunken build area"-issue.

Like he was stating in the bugs section: open the console and type in "resetquest patch_1_6" , without the quotes, and you should be able to use the whole area again - I have tested it with Jamaica Plains and my expansion was back in full effect !

In case that this won't work, cause the console is showing that the "reset" command is not recognized by the game, instead just use "quest patch_1_6", or "patch_1_6" without the quotes.
