HaBCR Patcher

Description

HaBCR implements loop-style approach to support bullet counted reloads with smoother interpolation, no extra reload-to-idle transition animation, and one-for-all reload animation for any ammo capacity.

The mod itself is pretty much a framework for modders and existing mods designed for BCR might need their animations patched, but patching an animation requires several animation tools, some amount of knowledge in animation, and time.

HaBCR Patcher allows you to patch BCR compatible animations into HaBCR animations in a single drag & drop.

How to use

1. Locate WPNReload.hkx and WPNReloadReserve.hkx used by the mod. If the mod has ba2, open - Main.ba2 with BSA Browser and extract them.

2. Drag & Drop hkx files to HaBCRPatcher.exe.

3. Decide how many frames to trim from the loop. Usually 0 works the best so just press enter.

4. Check the animation in-game for any issues.

What does it do exactly?

It unpacks the animation hkx and cleans up BCR annotations first. Then, it finds potential loops by comparing bone transform data and leave only one loop. After that, it adjusts annotation timings and adds HaBCR annotations for loop start and loop end.
