The Description:
Adds a mat to the guard post menu, same material needs as the identical floor deco from Vault88 (2 pieces of rubber). Defense value is 2, so you can place three of these in a small guard tower for your guard to cycle through them... or just visit other defense positions.
It's works-as-is.
