📋 About This Mod

Adds a fully functional settlement in the Glowing Sea.  You can recruit settlers, create supply lines and even get attacked... yay!

Relay Site Alpha is located around Relay tower 0DB-521, to the northeast of Skylanes Flight 1665. Just to clarify, "Relay Site Alpha" is the official name of the settlement because it's the 1st Relay Site you can build on in the game and not because the mod is still in testing.

The Glowing Sea was originally the communities southwest of Boston proper but now the area is ground zero of a massive nuclear detonation during the Great War. Despite all the dangers it holds, from heavy radiation to deadly wildlife, it still receives many Commonwealth visitors. These visitors range from fanatics, well-armed soldiers and allegedly even the Commonwealth's Boogeyman all seeking treasures hidden in the Sea. Whether you want to protect the Commonwealth or take these treasures yourself, you don't plan on going in unprepared.

  • []Lore-friendly - Sure, why not? []Working Supply Lines []Settler Recruitment - Don't worry they won't die []Brahmin Recruitment -  Don't worry they won't die either
  • []Fully navmeshed - If not, don't be afraid to tell me. []Enemy Spawn Points - Yay! []No need to clear area of hostiles to activate workshop. []Large build area: 6000 x 6000 units - Yes, its a perfect square. []12-Story Build Height limit - Higher than Spectacle Island, beware of Vertigo. []Amazing Views
The actual build and sandbox area is larger than the visual settlement borders you see in Workshop Mode. This won't affect your build area or settler navmeshing. The settlement is a perfect square so it's not that hard to figure out the borders for yourself. Just remember, the build area is a square not just a rectangle. Also you can check out the pics I posted showing the approx. build area you'll be working with.

Please be aware of the Settlement 00% Happiness Bug. Once you activate the Workshop, check the Happiness rating.

If it's 50% the mod is working fine. If it's 00% load a previous save and try again.

I installed/uninstalled my mod multiple times and never got this bug but just to be safe I posted it anyway.
