Gloomy Institute Overhaul

Gloomy overhaul of the Institute and related items. Relies on SavrenX's texture series. This is currently incompatible with Lucid Institute and Faction Housing Overhaul until I figure out how to make the required patches. Please standby.

  INSTALLATION

  You need SavrenX's texture series. Yes, all of it (or at least the 5 linked in requirements) for this to work properly. After installing those install my mod and load it after all SavrenX mods including the patch for the Institute Window Fix.
