For non x-cell user, female ghoul will get smooth head. (In-game facegen got activated)
For x-cell user, female ghoul will not get smooth head. (Use vanilla facegen)
but if you generate facegen, female ghoul will get smooth head.

How the fix works?
Moving FemaleHeadRear into FemaleHead for each race. No individual NPC edit.
Make sure put it under any mods that edit:
FemaleHeadHumanRearTEMP
FemaleHeadHuman
FemaleHeadGhoul
Might not works with Unique Player or something similar
