Fun and Games at Lexington-Corvega

- To get it working you download the zip -file and then copy paste both LexingtonDowntown-2-0.esp and

LexingtonParking.esp to your Fallout4/data -folder

Fun & Games @ Lexington / Corvega

This release contains 4 external settlement sites at Lexington/Corvega -location of the game. All are vanilla, meaning there is no need for other MODs or any of the DLC's.  However, there should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that also affect same area of course. I also highly recommend using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g.  I do so myself.

-- Settlements (in counterclockwise order) --

Lexington Downtown Settlement (LexingtonDowntown-2-0.esp),

is settlement that is situated, surprise surprise, at downtown of Lexington.

Lexington Parking Settlement (LexingtonParking.esp),

is situated at Lexington parking next to Super Duper Mart.

Corvega Exterior Settlement (CorvegaExtSettlement.esp),

goes around and also atop of Corvega Plant.

Corvega Backyard Settlement (CorvegaBackyard.esp),

is on the South side of Corvega Plant.

These are NOT game saves!

Installing these mods couldn't be any simpler: just copy the *.esp file(s) from where you unzipped them into your Fallout4/Data -folder!

These MODs are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed. As of now, these MODs work fine on my PC, but I have not tested them on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!

NOTICE: I hate making borders, so the External Settlements don't have them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want to  make those borders?

NOTICE 2: as always it is good idea to play through any Quests in the area these MOD's affect.

Cautionary Mention: Most of the builds seen in pictures are only examples, they do not exists in MODs!

ps. I just mention something you all already know: There is no MUST to install all of these settlements. You can install just any three, two or one of them to use.
