Starlight Drive-in as a Fort. Easily defensible. Only Transfer Settlements required. No DLC required. Now updated with Transfer Settlements V1.41.
Fort Starlight
Tired of using so much of your settlement budget building a defensible perimeter? I did. So now I use my settlements as my perimeter. I know of the mod to the expand settlement budget, but I saw it as a challenge to make all of my 'Forts' keep within the game budget using only what I actually scrounged.

You will need to clear out the radioactive barrels from the water supply, so bring a hazmat suit or some rad-away. :)
Installation
The folder needs to be extracted and placed in your 'Transfer Settlements' folder. 7zip
