FO4 - a more realistic proportion skeleton - beta

A more realistic approach to the human skeleton in terms of proportions since vanilla is yucky. 

still needs a

FIX that  i can't figure out since i barely touch this side of fallout.

if someone wants to improve upon it and lower the skeleton so it can match the ground height feel free to do it or let me know how.

AS OF RIGHT NOW THE SKELETON FLOATS ABOVE THE GROUND SINCE I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT
