FluffyNinjaLlama shorts and T-shirt

Adds 4 Shorts and T-shirt outfits with FluffyNinjaLlama's logo on the back to FO4. The outfits come in shorts and shirt, shorts and cropped shirt and a version of those with fishnet stockings. They fortify 2 charisma and 1 intelligence and have 15 armor plus you can wear armor parts over them. There is some weird clipping with leg parts, I don't know what is causing it since all other outfits made with the same body doesn't clip like that or it just could have been Piper not wearing them properly.

They can be found in a duffle bag at the Railroad spot overlooking Vualt 111, check mage section for screenshot of the map for exact location. There is a note with them that gives you a perk allowing you to craft them at any chem station, if you want to be able to craft them then read the note. If you do not want to craft then leave the note alone and thats 4 pieces of clothing not cluttering up your crafting menu.

Optional vanilla body version is in the optional files, it currently does not require the main file.

This is a thank you to FluffyNinjaLlama for her follower comment videos, without them I never would have seen many of the followers I don't particularly like comments throughout the wasteland.
