Flat& Tidy Spectacle Island
This mod is a complete clears and Flattens the Spectacle Island settlement so it is totally flat.
(Ideal for Sim Settlements) Everything has gone, apart from the boat and the original workshop shack.
The garage has been upgraded with more crafting stations apower armour station have been added and a special wooden treasure box
containing some valuable resources and a few special weapons. It’s also been completely navmeshed down to the new level so NPC and settlers can come and go. The workshop
is fully working with comment markers and more wave effects. All the triggers and ambush quests are left in place so the game should play through flawlessly.
I have extensively tested this mod to make sure things work correctlyand placing this anywhere else but near the bottom of your load order or
anything that is liable to effect Spectacle Island may result in trash, bushes and trees re-spawning.
I'm brand new with the modding scene so be gentle, if youfind any bugs or glitches, please let me know, and if possible, let me know of
any possible solutions.
