📋 About This Mod

Simple .esp mod that changes all buildable settlement farming plants to give the same yield as Mutfruit (1 food value per plant). Does not change the Graygarden planters to give double yield currently.

Just add to the data folder and enable through Nexus Mod Manager http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/modmanager/?

This mod alters the default forms so removing or turning off the mod will revert values back to their original values.

Note: Settlers may need to be re-assigned after adding the mod, and may result in more idle farmers if you already had a reasonably high food value. The amount that each settler can gather is still capped at 6 food, this just allows you to reach those caps with fewer plants or without subsisting solely on mutfruit.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-approved with 1,002 endorsements and 15,586 downloads.
  • Does exactly what it says: equalizes crop yields to mutfruit's level.
  • Lightweight and focused, no extra bloat.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated in 2015, so it may not be compatible with newer game patches or DLC.
  • Only affects crop yields, so if you wanted more farming depth, this isn't it.
  • Potential conflicts with other mods that alter crop stats or add new plants.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Fallout 4 settlement builders who find crop yield imbalances annoying and want a quick fix. If you're a purist who wants to keep vanilla farming, skip it. It's a no-frills balance mod, not a content expansion.

💡 Beginner Tips

  • If you're using a mod manager, just download and activate; it's a simple ESP.
  • Load order doesn't matter much, but place it after other farming mods to ensure your changes stick.
  • Check if you have any DLC that adds new crops—this mod may not cover them.
