Adds the Radium Rifle, Lever Gun and . 45-70 ammo to vendors/containers in the Commonwealth. Added the guns to LL_Guns_Long so they show up all over the place, raiders sometimes (rarely) have them. NO quest limit, new toons fresh outta cryo-storage will have access after they level a bit (5 for lever gun, 10 for Radium Rifle, ammo anytime.) Thought about adding the armors too, but I felt it would break immersion, they really are perfect for Far Harbor.
