Fallout 76 style Chinese stealth armour

The brief overview says it all, really. I like the Chinese stealth armour in Fallout 76, but the Creation Club version is a bit of a let down, so I made the following changes to it:

• []It now has the hazmat suit enchantment, meaning you can run around the Glowing Sea while wearing it[/]

  []DR has been upped from 62 to 140[/]

  []ER has been upped from 0 to to 140[/]

  []RR has been upped from 0 to 1000[/]

  []Moving while sneaking no longer drains AP[/]

  []Weight has been reduced from 24 to 5[/]

I tried to replicate Fallout 76's "90% reduced fall damage" effect as well, but I couldn't get it working in a way I liked. The solution I devised was rather inelegant so I decided to scrap the idea. It's strong enough anyway, I think.

I also added a helmetless version and a helmet you can access via console command, if you like. Be warned though, the helmetless suit comes with minor clipping issues.
