📋 About This Mod

Fallout 4 Revisited - Libertalia's Reign

The fourth installment of mods coming to bring a unique and new experience to the wasteland.

Libertalia, the bandit kingdom, where countless stories have come down about their raids on traders and capturing locals to do their bidding or be killed. This mod brings a few new locations to Libertalia, a barracks made from shipping crates, a new fortified entrance and multiple traps waiting for approaching attackers. Make sure to bring some backup when trying to take down this fortress.

I have created this new series to bring to life a city that did not grab me when I first started playing. Libertalia was one of my favorite locations to attack around mid game, it held around 6 bandits on the ships and 8 more on the main section of the base. Looking back I can't think of another location that felt like a fortress of pirates that were raiding the local lands, so I decided focus on bringing a new challenge to taking this location. The bandits have ruled this area for years, capturing locals, traders, ships, and taking all supplies in the area. The settlement of Nordhagen is forced to live in the poorest conditions due to the raids by Libertalia. Gather your allies and take this location from the raiders, if you can.

This series will continue to try to recreate locations for the coming war! Stay tuned.

🤖 AI-enhanced — based on mod data

This mod expands the vanilla Libertalia location in Fallout 4 by adding a new barracks made from shipping containers, giving the bandit kingdom more depth. Expands the existing bandit kingdom area with additional explorable space.
Fits within the Locations - Vanilla category, meaning it enhances a base-game location without adding new worldspaces.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Solid community support with 246 endorsements and over 6,000 downloads.
  • Fills out Libertalia, making the bandit hideout feel more lived-in and worth exploring.
  • Lightweight addition that doesn't overhaul the whole game—just one location.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated in 2017, so it may have compatibility issues with newer mods or game updates.
  • Only adds one barracks—don't expect a massive expansion of Libertalia.
  • Potential conflicts with other mods that alter Libertalia or its surroundings.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Fallout 4 explorers who want more to see in the vanilla Libertalia area without a huge overhaul. If you're a completionist who likes finding every nook and cranny, this adds a bit more to poke around. Skip if you're looking for major new quests or gameplay changes—this is purely a location addition.
📦 Install:Easy· Under 1 minute

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Since it's a simple location mod, you can install it manually by dropping the file into your Data folder, but using a mod manager like Vortex or NMM makes uninstalling cleaner.
  • If you're already using mods that change Libertalia, load this one after them to ensure the new barracks appears.
  • Check if your game version is up to date—older mods like this can sometimes break with newer patches, so test it early.
