F4NV AEP-7 Classic Laser Pistol and Pew-Pew - Fixes - Tweaks - Better Implementation

Semi-Overhaul of F4NV AEP-7 Classic Laser Pistol and Pew-Pew by ShimSham. Total separation of the F4NV Laser Pistol from the vanilla Laser Gun, more differentiation between Laser Pistols and Laser Rifles, new weapon combinations, bugfixes, misc tweaks, and redone Leveled List integration, all utilizing RobCo Patcher by Zzyxzz, at least wherever possible.

REQUIRES A NEW GAME (OR A SAVE THAT NEVER PREVIOUSLY HAD F4NV AEP-7 Classic Laser Pistol and Pew-Pew 

ENABLED) FOR THE MOD'S CHANGES TO WORK PROPERLY!

This is because in order to properly change the Leveled List integration method to RobCo Patcher, the injection quest from F4NV AEP-7 Classic Laser Pistol and Pew-Pew cannot be already started, which it is upon first introducing the mod to a new or preexisting saved game.

If you enable this mod in a save game that already has F4NV AEP-7 Classic Laser Pistol and Pew-Pew enabled, among other problems, you will have vanilla and F4NV Classic Laser Guns spawn where they shouldn't spawn.

What this mod does:

- Totally separates and differentiates the F4NV Classic Laser Pistol from the vanilla Laser Gun, much more than in the original mod. There is no such thing as a vanilla Laser Pistol anymore.

- Changes all Weapon Combinations in the vanilla Laser Gun Weap record that use Pistol Grips to use Rifle Stocks, and changes all vanilla Laser Gun Pistol LLs to use F4NV Classic Laser Pistols, instead of vanilla Laser Guns. Also disables all three vanilla Laser Gun Pistol Grip recipes, so you can't craft them anymore.

- Subtracts range and adds significant damage fall-off to the F4NV Classic Laser Pistol, while adding a small amount of range to all vanilla Laser Gun Rifle Stocks. In theory, this simulates a greater difference between Laser Rifles and Laser Pistols by making it look like Microfusion Cells and Energy Cells output different beam strengths, the former having a stronger and longer beam, and the latter having a shorter and weaker beam.

Overrides the OMOD data of all vanilla Laser Gun Pistol Grips with equivalent Rifle Stocks, which essentially makes them perform as copies of the normal ones.

(The Standard Grip now acts as a Short Stock, the Comfort Grip now acts as a Full Stock, and the Sharpshooter's Grip now acts as a Recoil Compensating Stock.)
