Updated lighting. New packages. In-world events to explore.
Custom patching between Goodneighbor Expanded and Better Goodneighbor.
Purchases costs for player houses have been greatly increased.

Goodneighbor Extended new cells have a lot of updated lighting inspired by ELFX.
Installation
Install only basic stuff from Goodneighbor Expanded.
Do not include any Better Goodneighbor patching as my mod does all that.
Get main file of Better Goodneigbor.
No need to grab the updated plugin as I include a replacer with my patching.
Delete the PreVis files that comes with Goodneighbor Expanded and just use the one that comes with this mod.
