Who doesn't love nudes? Nobody lol. Make all companions absolutely love it when you travel around naked. Similar to how Cait is originally, although they love you for it vs just liking it. Cait has also been adjusted. There's two plugins, one for the basic game without DLC's and another that includes the DLC companions. The mod DOES NOT contain any adult material itself, so it isn't marked as such, that all depends on what you have going on in your game. Affinity tweaks only.
