INSTALLATION:
Use your favourite mod manager (warning, NMM doesn't seem to work sometimes)locate your fallout 4 folder (typically C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 ) move the "data" folder from your downloaded .rar archive into /common/fallout 4
Start up and it should work.
