[]What this mod does NOT touch (and a few suggestions to complement):
- Weapons and Armor: I recommend Leveled Item Framework (LIF) for fixes and great features.
- Power Armor: A few options out there but SPARS - Simple Power Armor Reduction System is my way to go.
- Vendors: I strongly suggest Complex Vendors for distribution of goods from traders.
- Cell or Worldspace: To reduce placed items you may like Less Dungeon Loot.
- Companion's inventory: For miscellaneous items relevant to the character's backstory get 4estGimp - Immersive Companion Inventories.

Overhaul slightly reduction and logical distribution of miscellaneous items:
- Expect fewer aid items and chems. The same goes for caps and bobby pins. However you may find them more often in specific containers.
- Integration of some DLC items that make sense (nothing too extreme, as I prefer to keep the uniqueness of those areas).
- Renamed some containers in the world for better recognition.
Rebalanced death drops of creatures:
- Most creatures (apart from big reasonable ones) will not drop caps or other junk items.
- Animals may not drop meat, hides or other specific race ingredients (imagine they got destroyed by the time of killing).
- Behemoths now have their own death drop list (vanilla used Deathclaws instead).
- Robots and the like have more variety but less powerful items drops.
- Ghouls drop less ammo or caps. They may still drop some junk.
- Bloodbugs have a chance to drop all kind of sacs as well.
- Deathclaws and Mirelurk Queen have chance to drop their corresponding eggs.
- Mirelurk Hatchling will have a small chance to drop only Softshell Meat.
- More creatures can drop extra meat if you have the corresponding magazine perk (a few were missing this feature).
- Possibility to get blood samples from way more creatures.
