Encumbrance 76 (Overencumbered Overhaul)

Don't let the "76" in the title turn you away, this mod adds a change to Fallout 4 that I believe shouldn't have been added with a player earned perk and rather should have been in the base game as a quality of life feature, like in 76.

This is an entirely custom built mod (which isn't saying much but this means it's not reliant on other assets like Bottling 76).

Now you can run using AP while overencumbered without Strong Back Rank 3. This mod also changes the Strong Back Rank 3 perk to now have a 25% less AP drain rate instead to compensate.

In short, this mod faithfully replicates the encumbrance mechanic from Fallout 76 to make it easier to get around while overencumbered.

-Base Game at the minimum

Media:

Can't sprint but can run

-Stat changes in survival mode aren't affected

Issues/Compatibility:

Partially not compatible with mods that overwrite/edit the Strong Back Rank 3 perk, as you will still be able to run while encumbered, just Strong Back Rank 3 will have an overwritten function. In short, core function of this mod will still work, just not the edits that compensate for the enabling of that functionality.
