Enclave Plasma - Fallout 76 Recreation

This mod adds in a standalone recreation of the legendary Enclave Plasma Gun from Fallout 76 to Fallout 4.

This mod does not use any assets from Fallout 76, everything is my own work based off of the Fallout 4 assets -- I have tried to stay as close as possible to the aesthetics of the 76 weapon, though I've taken some liberties here and there where I think it could use some tweaks.

I've even managed to implement the glowy bits while keeping the enviroment mapping working, which required me to do my first ever mesh modding -- big thanks to Ousnius for making Outfit Studio, which was invaluable in achieving this.

Aside from visuals, the base weapon also has a 4-point increase in physical and energy damage, which doesn't sound like a huge amount but this makes it significantly stronger at higher levels than the normal plasma.

Speaking of levels, the gun is level-list integrated and will spawn on bosses & appropriate vendors starting around level 25 -- though rumour has it the quartermaster on the Prydwen may or may not have one available to lower-ranked recruits.

It may also be worth your while checking a certain tunnel beneath a roadway... you may find something quite special ;)

The weapon is standalone and compatible with anything that modifies the Plasma Gun statistically.

It does use the vanilla normals though, so if you use a replacer like the Plasma Project, ymmv.
