What does this mod do?

• []Cleans/disables normally permanent trash, junk, plants, damaged posters, etc

  []Does NOT affect any kind of quest, plot, or normally scrapable objects. If you could move it in workshop before its still there. Even trash!

  []Fully repairs the main building. Updates wallpaper and ceiling textures to be less damaged, still aged in appearance, and of course using lore friendly parts and materials.

  []Makes much of the thematic objects scrap optional:

• []Benches in bleachers - updated so benches are now buildable in WS mode, seating now works and they seat 7!

  []Billboards and their support parts

  []Poster inside and ad on side of building

  []Power pole near entrance sign

  []Duct/pipe on outside of building

• []Smaller building (near the entrance sign) has its doorways reopened and working door snap points and window covers removed making it a usable space.

  []Also replaced one dead light fixture on outside of same building and converted it to WS version. No light effects to modify in settlement.

  []Remodel also addressed some minor visual glitches, overlapping original structure and such.

  []Landscape/Terrain was flattened and modified to remove trash and also adjusted to remove dirt coming thru floors into building, stands and sidewalk.

  []Sidewalks repaired as best as possible given the angled terrain, and disabled grass mounds to further make it flatter.

  []Friendly reminder: Any trash piles or junk you see are there because scrapping an existing object will clean it up. If it seems more trashy than my usual mods this is why.

  []Warning! Like Dalton Farm and Longfellow, Place Everywhere insert key option can allow you to scrap land terrain objects in the settlement, so be careful not to make holes in the geometry of the landscape.

  []Precombines/previs fully rebuilt and tested.

  []ESL Flagged to not count against the 255 plugin max cap. For reals this time!

    []All vanilla settlements are included except for Oberland Station and Boston Airport.

    []The installer will allow player to pick and choose which settlements they want.
