E-Series Industrial Plasma Welder - Star Wars Inspired Blaster Weapon

ALLIANCE Industries, Pre-war tool and robotics company. While never as popular as their competitor H&H Tools, or Robco overall, ALLIANCE did have a slight edge when it came to discount tools, often with cutting edge technology, as can be seen well with the E-Series Plasma Welder. An advanced multitool renowned for being among the first Plasma tech available to the public, now how they got access to such technology has been in question and was pending investigation, but the sales numbers cannot be denied.

Affordable Plasma tools were too impressive not to be a big seller, despite the lackluster safeties. Many customers complained about severe burns caused by the tool literally catching on fire, to which ALLIANCE responds saying "use in shorter increments to avoid heat buildup" which few properly heeded.

The power of being able to weld beams together or cut them apart from 20 yards away is too intoxicating for a few burns to really matter.

However, a few conspiracy theorists and communists have wondered why there are subroutines and attachment capabilities that allow for military grade functions, such as sniper, heavy cannon and even a strange high explosive plasma bolt thrower with a crossbow-like magnetic stabilizer. ALLIANCE denies any of these fabricated claims, especially given the mental instability of most of those theorists, as a significant amount of them were found dead with self inflicted cleaver wounds to the back of the head.

In the post-war world these tools take on excellent value as accessible energy weapons often used by Raiders, the Rust Devils and even the Brotherhood of Steel occasionally use them. They can be modified to suit almost any purpose, being able to engage in Long Range Sniping, Suppressive Automatic fire, and even a multitude of Close Quarters options. As well as a few other tools, such as the Fusion Torch that can repair machinery such as turrets and robots.

And there are even rumors of a strange robot that was defeated in Saugus Ironworks, it's Cleaver still in it's hand as the rest of it's body melts in the molten metal.

E-Series Plasma Cutter

-Featuring an "Overheat" mechanic, wherein firing the weapon builds up heat, and after a certain number of shots it begins causing self damage. Said Overheat dissipates after a few seconds, and there are a few attachments that effect the overheat threshold, as well as granting additional boons
