Dugout Inn Of Decay (Diamond City Interior Overhaul)

Being the only real inn in Fallout 4, Vanilla Dugout Inn, may not feel as unique as it should be. I've decided to change that.

Location overview:

The layout has been completely redone.

Now, there's a big cave in the bar area, giving it a "Dug Out" feel with small openings for NPCs to seat

The bar is cluttered, with a shovel on display. Behind the bar, you'll find Vadim's and Yefim's room with a secure safe, a toilet and kitchen area.

On the right, there's a rundown toilet, that has definitely seen better days :)

Next to Yefim's chair, there's a pool table, and behind him is a hallway leading to rooms (your room is number 2).

Features:

Complete location overhaul.

Improved new Navmesh for NPCs.

Tons of idle markers for NPCs to sandbox in.

Some special markers for Dogmeat and Strong Companions.

A couple of custom models and sounds.

ESL Flagged.

Cleaned with xEdit.

Little bugs:

Due to the new navmesh working so well, Vadim will sometimes visit his terminal, so if you don't know where he is, check his room.

Upon your first visit, there is a chance that Vadim will sandbox in his own room instead of being at the bar, this creates a weird intro scene where he shouts to Yefim from another room, but nothing gamebreaking. From my own testing there is about 30% of this happening.

Your bed will be gone if you haven't started a new game with this mod. (This bug was present in Beth games from Morrowind, so please just start a new game)

Compatibility:

Mods that add their own NPC's to the bar are compatible

Mods that change Vadim/Yefim appearance are compatible

Mods that do the same thing (change dugout, clutter it up etc) are incompatible

Mods that create their own scenes/events in the bar are incompatible and will require a patch

if you know such a mod please report it so others will learn about it as well. If this is a big/popular mod then I might make a patch for it since it will only require to move a couple of markers around.
