DLC Weapon Rechambers and Level List Distribution

This is made to fill some of the options I mention in this thread, primarily for myself, but the Lever Action and Handmade Rifle files can be a real boon to players who just want to use those weapons more. How is the commonwealth distribution different from other mods you ask? It is done entirely through script injection with a_blind_man's scripts. There are no direct edits to vanilla leveled lists with this mod.

Features

5mm Handmade Rifle

--Changes Handmade Rifle to use 5mm, and replaces the 7. 62 in it's specific leveled list with 5mm, effectively removing 7. 62 from the game. This enables you to use both the Handmade Rifle and Minigun more often as ammo is now somewhat more common. (From 5mm's persistent depiction as a rifle round, and its use in the Soviet AK-112 in Fallout 1-2 I can only conclude that it is somehow analogous to 5. 45. That combination of uses makes it an excellent choice for the AK-based Handmade Rifle both from a 'realistic' standpoint, and a lore friendly one.)

--Removes Perk requirements besides Gun Nut from most weapon parts. Only Night Vision scopes and advanced bayonets still require an additional perk.

--distributed through script to Gunners and Raider bosses at level 18, will appear in shops around 22. (Gunners are the only faction in direct contact with the raiders in Nuka World, so only they and high ranking Raiders that may have some connections will get to use them. Gunners interact at least indirectly with the local economy, so the weapons eventually get to shops.)

--5mm Handmade Rifle Compatibility Version - Uses a custom leveled list for spawning 5mm with the weapon. Use this if you still want 7. 62 to be in the game for some reason, like if you use another weapon mod that references the original Handmade Rifle ammo List. Also adds 7. 62 ammo list to Scrounger perk list.

44 Lever Action

-Changes Lever Action Rifle to . 44, and replaces the . 45-70 in it's specific leveled list with . 44, effectively removing . 45-70 from the game. This enables you to use both the . 44 Pistol and the Lever Action more often as ammo is now somewhat more common. (There should be no 'realism' or lore complaints about this change.)

-distributed through script to Gunners, Raiders, Minutemen, DC Guards, and shops at level 12. (Stats-wise the Lever Action is just an alternative to the Hunting Rifle, so it appears just three levels later. It is also a fairly generic weapon with no specific point of origin, so there is no reason to not have wide distribution.)
