Adds a Chem that can be crafted for 1 Plastic and 1 Nuclear Material. This chem when taken will remove up to 5000 Junk Items at a time from your inventory and proceed to break them into their component parts and deposit them in the Sanctuary Workshop container. This has been tested and accurate and will also move components IE Acid Fiberglass etc, so it is a easy convenient way to move Crafting components to one centralized spot and breaks it down to the 31 component parts as opposed to nearly 600 junk items. TWO VERSIONS OF THE FILE Version 1 will scrap everything with a component This means anything that is normally a junk item, even if something has changed it to a misc item the Form ID remains the same. I recommend Version 2.
