Increases the chance that a player will scream when taking damage.
I made this mod because I didn't like the fact that Actors were being beaten by ghouls and yet they acted like nothing happened!
Actors scream for almost all damage, but not entirely all. (Of course, actors won't scream in vanilla situations where they're not supposed to.
