Posting the modifier is just to fulfill someone refuses to learn the operation of FO4Edit. I never use such function.
Description :
Add damage modifier to Arsenal Zavod's Mk17-Mk20 Project aka SCAR-H.
The keyword of the damage modifier is not added to the attach parent slots of WEAPs but added to the attach parent slots of all receiver OMODs in case of conflicting with the other submods.
Installation :
Make sure you have already installed Mk17-Mk20 Project aka SCAR-H first.
Install my patch. The ESP is flagged as ESL, so it won't eat game's plugin budget of 256 mods.
