📋 About This Mod
Pretty simple mod. Like the title states, this mod reduces the size of the 10mm pistol.
The method in this mod reduces the size of the nifs on the receiver, as well as the nodes attached. This means that all attachments automatically reduce in size as well, making it compatible with the attachment pack attachments. One minor dirty edit had to be made to re-zero the sights, but that is the only esp edit, all else is model swaps.
The goal here was to get a size more reminiscent of the 10mm scale in FO3 and NV. Not a crazy shrinkage, just smaller than the behemoth we got in FO4. IMO, just larger than the 9mm pistol was perfect as seen in the attached images.
As stated, the goal isn't a micro pistol, just smaller. The changes are very noticeable in first person, while the third person just makes it look more like a pistol, rather than a hand cannon.
- This is simply a remesh, no other edits to stats, etc.
- Compatibility issues may arise if you download anything that also edits the 10mm directly.
- In regards to the attachment pack, there is a . 44 conversion receiver. This will still use the original scale.
- Feel free to patch it, but I do think the heavy conversion being bigger isn't so bad.
