This is a small patch for the wonderful cVc Dead Wasteland mod which disables the mod's worldspace edits (the StoryLady holotapes and some other random, inconsequential world edits) which can break previs on some load orders.
The author has stated they are planning to pull these out to a standalone mod, but in the meantime this patch makes cVc Dead Wasteland play a bit better with other mods.
