Cut Explosive Fuel Tank Restored

This version of the fuel tank was cut and replaced at some point during development with the version you see in game. I find this version to be much better than the weird looking thing they went with. (It took me a long time to realize they were even explosive tanks) I checked through them all to make sure they weren't floating, let me know if I missed one.

This will most likely be the last mod I upload for a while because nexus is making some bad changes, moving toward mod packs which usually screw over mod authors. Find out more info about that here. Nexus has already removed one post that goes against what they're trying to do and who says they wont just do that to me as well. Please speak out to nexus if you disagree with this. I have less of a problem with what nexus is doing with their own site, I more have a problem with them removing a post they didn't like because it goes against the changes they're moving towards.

tldr; nexus is removing our ability to remove files.

That being said I hope you enjoy my mods, and I won't be setting any mods I've made to hidden.
