A "crafted" skin for the Pipboy. Has wood, plastic, scrap metal and notches to mark your kills. Cracked screen, duct tapped frame, etc.
Fallout 4 stresses crafting. I figured there must be some scrapped/crafted pipboys out there somewhere. Lore friendly? um. sure.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to your: documents\My Games\Fallout4
2. Open FallOut4.ini
3. Find the line: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
4. Change it to: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
5. Copy the Texture folder in the . RAR file in your /fallout4/data folder
