Adds a couple of paint jobs using the new keywords in Fallout.esm 1. 10. 20.
Paintjobs are craftable at the armor workbench.
Current paintjobs: White, Black, Red, Worn, Camo01 & Camo02, Chrome, Steel, Pork & Yellow.
This is mostly a test using the new keywords rather than some amazing textures. Will probably be updated to add more paintjobs when I get around to it.
