Integrated Suppressor Barrels have a smaller range penalty but remove the muzzle slot.

FLIR: . 44 Pistol, Institute Laser, Laser, Laser Musket, Gauss Rifle, Syringer, Railway Rifle, Plasma, Hunting Rifle
ISB: Lever Action Rifle, Handmade Assault Rifle, Deliverer, Submachine Gun
Due to how some meshes and nodes work I can't put integrated barrels on the hunting rifle or radium rifle and still maintain compatibility.
