Collector's Asylum Patch

Patches some collectibles mods to work together.

More specifically, right now it:

Patches the ketaros framework unofficial card addons to  be in the ketaros treasures lists too so you actually stand a chance of completing those collections.

Adds the featured item keyword to mr. fuzzies and the mr. fuzzy backpacks so loot detector picks them up.

Tactical wifus are now rotated correctly when picked up and in the poster

Patched the LLs so the comic mods don't overwrite each other

Patched the LLs so bauble bobbles isn't being overwritten by the comics. (and vice versa)

Spider plushies have the featured item keyword so loot detector finds them.

Beantown Books have the featured item keyword on them now

Patch now uses the light flagged esp replacers for Philon NSFW cards 1&2 and real comics

Patch uses the light flagged esp replacers for Collectible and Placeable Pins, Custom Comic Framework - Manga addon, and More Bobbleheads.

Complex Sorter tags for all the mods listed as required and prolly some I forgot.

More changes to come as I need to patch more mods together.
