Makes the Glowing Sea clear.
Makes the glowing sea weathers clear with chances of overcast and fog. I made this because desperados overhaul turns the glowing sea into a forest. I'm not thrilled about that but the alternatives aren't great either. This mod simply copys the clear weathers and gives them the glowing sea weathers IDs and comes in two versions. one with radiation damage and one without.
